Educated in the U.S.A. and having worked for 18 years in Pakistan and Singapore, Haseeb, is a driving force behind Intek with intense dedication towards improving personal and organizational performances - with a track record in the corporate/private sector from organizations such as British American Tobacco, LU and the financial sector in Singapore, accumulating his cross cultural experiences. Steve has a unique background; he previously travelled the world working in the glamorous world of foreign affairs for more than 27 years. He travelled very extensively spending many years in the sub-continent and Arab speaking world. He spent more than 11 years as an IT specialist and trainer and amongst the various jobs he was given he eventually became an installation, training and project management expert.

He brings another facet to the World of INTEK with his extensive experience in performance biased organization management, administration, accounts, human resources in a small to medium project management through from planning, survey, procurement, to installation, implementation. An experienced “In House” – trainer, he has a UK N.V.Q qualification as an “Industrial Trainer”.


Tony Lewis

Born and raised in The Middle East of British parentage, Tony now call Johannesburg South Africa home, but retains his links with the Middle East and is a regular commuter.

Since going independent in 1995, he has worked with many multi-national organisations in over 50 countries around the world. This has resulted in him being able to share his vast international practical experiences across a broad and diverse mix of cultures.

Steve has extensive experience in managing and operating the auto industry’s sales and marketing function. Most of his business expansion and management was practiced in and benefited General Motors where he worked as Area Manager within the GCC. Steve possesses a charming personality and enjoys meeting new friends.


Hany Mwafy

Hany has extensive experience of working at FMCG's in GCC. Including KSA, Egypt and UAE. He is employed by a multinational foods company in the region where his main responsibilities include business development in the region. He possesses an energetic personality and is quite popular with our previous participants. He is an excellent project manager for setting up new businesses in the region and several young companies have benefited from his business insights.


Dr. Mahmoud M. Khan

Dr. Mahmoud Khan (Saudi National) is one of the leading Human Resources Consultants in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States. He is a licensed evaluator and assessor by different International Associations. He has conducted different seminars and workshops in several academic and management training sessions and conferences in places such as: Houston, Washington, Birmingham, Dubai, Bahrain, Beirut, Jeddah and Dhahran. He is a holder of Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma, USA and a Master of Science from the University of California.

Lt. Colonel (Rtd )Mohan Singh Rendhawa

Mohan Singh Rendhawa has more than 27 years of experience as a trainer. He is a Master Trainer and acclaimed as an outstanding seminar leader. The Winning Team program and other senior and junior management programs that he has organized has benefited more than 20,000 managers, supervisors, front-liners and staff from various industries. He was also extensively involved in Training while serving in the Malaysian Air Force. His last appointment before retirement was as a senior lecturer at the Armed Forces Staff College.

He has extensive experience in the training of trainers and is a graduate of the International Training Methodology Course. The focus of this is experiential learning. He is also trained in the Systems Approach to Training from Australia..

Jihad Emile Saliba

Jihad started his professional career at the Capital Markets Division in Crédit Lyonnais, subsequently joined ING Bank where he worked in the areas of Corporate Credit Risk, Trading Risk Management and Financial Institutions. Before moving to the GCC and becoming a banking trainer, he spent five years in the realm of financial regulation as Executive Director at the Banking Control Commission of the Central Bank in Lebanon.

He has also eight years of academic experience as an instructor at the Faculty of Business and Management at Université Saint Joseph in Beirut. Over the years, he has developed a friendly instruction style which has proven quite effective in motivating participants and leaving its marks on the individuals who have attended his courses.

Peter Schmideg

Peter Schmideg is a well respected and highly skilled facilitator and coach with over 20 years experience in learning and development.  He is committed to providing clients with services that inspire and an opportunity to learn..


Peter has a BA, and a Graduate Diploma in Business from Swinburne’s Graduate School of Management. He has a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, and is accredited through Genos Australia to administer their Emotional Intelligence profiling tool.  Peter is the author of two books, and has been a guest lecturer at Stanford University’s Centre for Teaching & Learning (USA).

After graduating from university Peter worked for an advertising agency that saw the beginning of his career as a copywriter, writing radio and television commercials as well as press ads and recording radio commercials. more
